Leading providers of electronic books have provided free access to materials on every possible topic. The World eBook Fair is a showcase for the range and importance of eBooks for enjoyment, education, research and literacy.
Visit www.worldebookfair.com for one month starting Wednesday, July 4 to search, browse and download eBooks. Something for every taste and reading level is available, in dozens of languages and formats.
Over 100 separate eBook collections are available at one online address, www.worldebookfair.com. Collections cover a vast range, including fiction, historical documents, national literatures, children's literature, medicine and reference. In addition to English, eBooks appear in include Hungarian, French, Japanese, Dutch, and many other languages.
No special eBook readers, software or devices are required to enjoy these eBooks. A Web browser and PDF viewer is all that is required. The collections are presented without hindrance for online viewing, printing, and non-commercial redistribution. Everyone is invited to find eBooks of interest, share them with friends, and save them for future use.
Commercial eBook providers have opened their collections for free access through the World eBook Fair, yielding over 100,000 titles. For example, Digital Pulp Publishing is presenting a wide and eclectic array of titles from contemporary authors. DPP brings independent access to the broad open market through the efforts of many publishers. Another commercial partner, eBooks About Everything, offers a broad selection of enjoyable titles for all ages.
These are all full text editions that are yours to download, read and keep. With 750,000 titles to select from, more eBooks are available than are found in 25 average public libraries.
This year's Second Annual World eBook Fair includes the entire 100,000 title set from Project Gutenberg's various collections, as well as a further 400,000 eBooks The World eBook Library, all of which will be available free of charge for a full month. Another partner is The Internet Archive, bringing 100,000 titles, plus a further 87,000 titles in progress.
Special coupons will be available, as well as discounts on great numbers of commercial eBooks for World eBook Fair visitors for the period July 4 through August 4.
